At Klikponudba.com, we want to make your Cancellation or Refund as easy as possible. Refund Request must be mail to us within (14) days after the delivery of the product. The item must be in the same condition it was in prior to shipment in order to receive a refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Klikponudba.com wont be able to offer you a refund or return.

 

Meaning, After 14 days Klikponudba.com will not be liable and a refund or return cannot be processed

 

  1. Conditions for Returned item:

 

Buyers who wish to request a refund must contact the Klikponudba.com 14 days after delivery by emailing us at support@Klikponudba.com. below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit

 

  • Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • Customers are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  • Refund or return request must be mailed to the vendor and/or Klikponudba.com within 14 days after product delivery.

 

If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund  request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund.

  

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approve your refund request.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

For the return of defective products, please contact us at support@Klikponudba.com and provide photos/videos showing the defective product.  

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

  1. Shipping your Product Back to us

 

To return your product, please send the product on the sender address written on the label of package you received and send us copy or confimation of sending

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
